BI-LINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Locus Telecommunications, Inc. is an established, leading provider of wireless, long distance, point of sale and carrier services. Located in Fort Lee, NJ we are currently looking for part-time bi-lingual Customer Service Representatives for our wireless division.

Responsibilities:
Essentially responsible for handling all forms of communications from both customers and dealers, ensuring satisfaction with the services and products provided by our company and including:

  • Handle Customer calls and when assigned, dealer inquiries as "Power Calls"
  • Determine Customer needs and advise of options to purchase service or equipment
  • Charge end-user's credit cards following the proper procedures
  • Fraud guidelines followed for blocked and "transfer to live" transactions
  • Provide rates and other product information
  • Assist in explaining handset operation and programming
  • Be able to explain the various components involved in billing a pcs call
  • Differentiate service options and be able to explain how a call is delivered
  • Handle inquiries related to disconnects, activations, changes, account information updates.

Requirements:

  • Must Bi-Lingual English/Chinese or English/Korean
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively

Currently, we are looking for an innovative professional with diversified and creative skills to join our organization as a Indirect Channel Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing and new channel partners selling MVNO wireless products nationwide on GSM & CDMA networks.
  • Cold call and use industry contacts to acquire new distribution partners – master agents, ISO, regional retailers, etc.
  • Be responsible for a monthly sales quota and revenue target
  • Prepare effective sale presentations for prospective clients
  • Build relationship with major distributors by closely maintaining communication and providing necessary support
  • Recommend strategy and tactical plan to increase sales and build new distribution network
  • Provide statistical report including sale report, prospect report, progress report, etc to Senior management on a regular basis
  • Work closely with supporting team to facilitate growth of business
  • Closely work with distribution partners and stores to effectively manage marketing and merchandizing – distribution of POS materials,, ensuring customers use the materials effectively, follow ups, etc)
  • Gather competitive information, analyze and share with the rest of the sales team and Senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel
  • 5+ years wireless sales experience required (wireless channel experience preferred)
  • Selling experience to major retailers, convenience stores, etc. is a plus
  • Major carrier (Verizon, AT&T, Cingular, T-Mobile, Sprint) experience helpful
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and planning skills necessary
  • Strong computer skills – MS Office
