COMPLIANCE ANALYST
Compliance Analyst needed for Englewood Cliffs, NJ location. The prospective candidate should have experience in analyzing, designing and implementing international accounting, taxation, and risk control schemes in compliance with FCC and PUC guidelines for the telecom industry. This position requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting

• Masters degree in Business Administration or Accounting
• Proficiency and strong working knowledge of FASB, GATT, linear regression, graphical descriptive methods, and international risk and value analysis

• Analyze, design and implement international accounting, taxation, and risk control schemes in compliance with FCC (Federal Communications commission) and PUC (States’ Public Utility Commission) guidelines for telecom industry
• Consolidate Federal, State, and local income tax return, including quarterly estimated tax payments in accordance with FASB 109; Review and analyze company’s tax positions per government tax authorities and regulations including FIN 48; Calculate tax provisions
• Analyze and manage tax audits, and correspond with various agencies
• Analyze company’s budgeting and forecasting models for current year and future income taxes using linear regression and graphical descriptive methods
• Conduct reconciliations at multi-company and consolidated levels using complex excel models following GATT guidelines using international risk and value analysis
