(PSPs) Dispute Resolution Process
I. Introduction
Locus Telecommunications, Inc. will pay compensation directly
to the PSP, or the representing agent of the PSP, for completed
calls on a quarterly basis. For questions or concerns related

II. How to File Disputes
If you disagree with any of the payphone compensation quarterly
calculations provided by Locus, you must include the following
information in your dispute:
a. PSP payphone number (ANI) being disputed
b. Date, time, toll free 800# and destination number called
c. Claim quarter of dispute
d. Any additional information that may help to resolve the
dispute
Please provide your dispute information in Excel format/file.
Along with the dispute information, please provide a contact
name, number, and email address to where the response for the
dispute should be addressed.
III. Dispute Response Time
Locus will use all reasonable efforts to respond to your disputes
as quickly as possible. However, please note that response
time will vary based on the quantity of payphone number(s)
being disputed.

PSP – Quarterly Data Claims
Due Date
PSP Claims are due, and must be provided to Locus, by the
last business day of the first month following the end of each
calendar quarter:
The due dates for submitting claims are as follows:

First quarter claims are due by April 30 – Payment Delivered
in July
• Second quarter claims are due by July 31 – Payment Delivered
in October
• Third quarter claims are due by October 31 – Payment Delivered
in January following year
• Fourth quarter claims are due by January 31 – Payment Delivered
in April
Please Note:
Any quarterly PSP claims not received by Locus by the dates
indicated above are deemed late. Any late claims will result
in a delay of compensation and processed with the following
quarterly payment. |
